This routine is amazing! I was about a month having difficulty sleeping and this brought me back to a regular schedule. I am now doing this routine at least twice a week and it does wonder every time. Thank you!!!

One of my favorites! I usually do this exercise every other night and have even gotten my boyfriend to join in!
