I am 58 going on 59. Been over 10 years since I did yoga. Got arthritis in my joints now. Yoga helped me in the past with the pain. Decided to go back to it to ease the pain and increase my moment. Thanks!
I just finished this video and I feel really relaxed. I have trouble sleeping a lot, so I am hoping that this will be of some help to me. I have not done yoga in years and I have to compliment Melissa on being very easy to follow. She explained things very well and most importantly she reminded us to breath, which is very important in yoga. I am very excited after doing 1 video on the website and cannot wait to see all of the other great videos this website has to offer!
I have fibro and RA and find this a great way to get a good nights sleep!
