Back to the Mat
If you have taken some time away from yoga, whether it's due to an injury or other life event, this is a great class to get you going once again. Fiji slows down the typical pace of her class to spend time re-establishing yoga principles while moving you through a fun, dynamic vinyasa class.

Thank you so much for a great class to start off my New Year practise. I havent done this class of Fiji's as I am not "returning to mat", but brilliant to remind myself how to engage hips and core on basic moves. Will definitely return to this class xx

What a perfect way to begin the new year. This class has smooth timing and transitions. It might be considered slower pace though the focus on toning definitely activated parts of my body that have been somewhat neglected. It's perfect for renewing and refreshing body awareness in basic poses. Fiji's guidance is not forced or contrived. Thank you for the fresh start to a new year! Excited to fulfill the 30 day challenge!
