Fiji is such a gifted instructor. Grateful to start this 30-day challenge with her class. Right in the intermediate sweet spot: deliberate fundamentals with some warming strength poses layered in. Thank you.

I have done some yoga classes over the years and know many of the basic poses, so I am probably an advanced beginner rather than an intermediate. I really appreciate Fiji's focus on using the core and pelvic alignment. I have a feeling that the intermediate classes will be challenging for me if this is a gentle start to the course - but it is a lovely way to start the year. Thank you.

This class was just what I needed both physically and mentally as I work on returning to my mat and recovering from a recent low back injury. The verbal reminders to be patient and take the time to rebuild your previous flexibility and strength really resonated with me as I often find myself being rather impatient lately, wishing to be immediately returned to my previous practice. This was a great foundation for building my new practice.
