14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Fourteen
On day fourteen, Fiji brings the challenge to a peak, taking you through a tough power yoga flow that is full of wonderfully satisfying yoga poses, like deep back bends and forward folds, arm and foot balances, shoulder openers and core work. It's the perfect way to finish 14 days straight of you with Fiji!

I must admit that when I am embarked on this 14 day programme I thought that I would fall flat on my face in exhaustion on day 1. Here I am though having completed and thoroughly enjoying 14 days of yoga with Fiji. I am very grateful for Fiji and the DYWM team for taking the time and effort that must have gone into planning and delivering the wide variety of classes I've had the pleasure of practising this past fortnight (and a bit). It's naturally left me wanting for more, so I'll be hitting the home button and starting day 1 all over again tomorrow.

I finished the 14 day yoga challenge, however it took me much more than 14 days. I really liked it.
I admire the way that the class has been designed and the amazing flexibility and talent you have. It is very inspiring to see you performing all those complicated evolutions with a smilie on your face and at the same time hearing your beautiful and calming voice giving all those detailed instructions with carefully chosen words for us who follow in front of a screen.
I will definitely play it again and try to achieve more with my practice millimetre by millimetre as you say.

I finished the challenge today and I'm proud of myself. I practice at home alone so that I can stop, breathe and have a hot flash without others watching. I was fearful to start because I've never been able to finish Figi's intermediate classes and yet I was driven to try.
The progression of classes was so helpful for someone like me who struggles with middle aged back stiffness. 14 days later, well 16 days I missed a couple of days, my back is more open and my neck and shoulders have never felt more loose! I'm so grateful for the site. I tell everyone about it. Please do more challenges!
This 14-day course was my first foray into intermediate yoga. I now feel so strong and pliant, and I truly do feel taller, as Fiji mentions at the end of the class. I was also able to do both side plank and upward-facing dog (while feeling safe doing so) consistently by day 14, for the first time. Namaste, Fiji, and thank you, DoYogaWithMe.
