I love Fiji... she brings awareness to all those parts of your body that you forget about when you're concentrating on the foreign tangle of your body. This was a wonderful series... thoughtfully planned to make it attainable on a daily basis... and I hope to see more series and challenges in the future! (I love a challenge) Thank you, Fiji <3
I thought this series was great and really kept me committed to practicing yoga every day. Are there any plans to do a similar series for an intermediate to advanced transition level?
