14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Fourteen
On day fourteen, Fiji brings the challenge to a peak, taking you through a tough power yoga flow that is full of wonderfully satisfying yoga poses, like deep back bends and forward folds, arm and foot balances, shoulder openers and core work. It's the perfect way to finish 14 days straight of you with Fiji!

I feel so truly blessed to have been a part of this challenge; to have developed over the challenge physically as well as mentally; and to have shown myself what I can achieve when I choose to make time. I feel inspired and can't wait to get stuck into regular practice all the time! A huge thank you to DYWM for putting this together for the benefit of all. I so enjoyed that entire fourteen day series Fiji. I think the fourteenth day was my favorite...though all were great. Will there be an advanced challenge (I hope! :) )? Thank you for the re-alignment and amazing progression! xoxox, Lolly
