On day fourteen, Fiji brings the challenge to a peak, taking you through a tough power yoga flow that is full of wonderfully satisfying yoga poses, like deep back bends and forward folds, arm and foot balances, shoulder openers and core work. It's the perfect way to finish 14 days straight of you with Fiji!

THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE HOW GOOD THIS CHALLENGE IS....In the beginning I was afraid to start, today I finished it and I'm so glad, even I couldn't do some poses, but I'm motivated to do the Challenge again. Thanks Fiji for sharing your teachings, thanks DYWM for such a good website
Well, it took me more than 14 days, but hey, I did it! A couple of these poses (okay, more than a couple) will be at the ml by ml stage for some time, but that's okay. Looking forward to moving forward!

Thank you so much for this. It has taken me longer than 14 days, but letting that be ok has been part of the challenge for me. Every day I have been on the mat with Fiji has been an absolute joy and I have finished each class with a huge grin on my face. The thought that has popped into my head over and over throughout has been "yoga is magical". Thank you Fiji and the DYWM team for creating and sharing such a wonderful series.
