14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Fourteen
On day fourteen, Fiji brings the challenge to a peak, taking you through a tough power yoga flow that is full of wonderfully satisfying yoga poses, like deep back bends and forward folds, arm and foot balances, shoulder openers and core work. It's the perfect way to finish 14 days straight of you with Fiji!

This was a wonderful two week series - so perfect in length, so reasonable to fit in my schedule yet challenging and producing tangible differences in my strength especially. I would love to have a 2nd 14 day-challenge to do now, but am also happy to redo this one! Or perhaps a series of classes already on DYWM could be put together as a series? It was incredibly helpful to have these classes in sequence as they built on each other. A thousand thanks to you, Fiji, and DYWM for this wonderful resource.
for this wonderful challenge Fiji and DYWM. I feel stronger, especially on my upper body. I can now do the chaturanga much better, so happy! :) And completing a 2-weeks program strengthened my discipline for home practices.
As many other users, I myself plan to visit this challenge again and again!:)
From the bottom of my heart, I thank you Fiji. Words are not enough to express the appreciation I have for this 14-day yoga challenge, not to mention DYWM for allowing us all to enjoy and practice yoga at our own leisure. I had been meaning to begin exercising for quite a while and was finally urged to do so when I came across this wonderful site. After completing this challenge I must say I feel a lot healthier, more vibrant, flexible, and joyous, and this is coming from someone who has been struggling with depression and anxiety for several years. Although I have been doing yoga for a very short amount of time, my life and attitude has improved already. I cannot wait to continue this challenge after every 14th day. Again, thank you.
Thanks Fiji for a brilliant 14 day program and introducing poses progressively. I finally conquered moving from plank through chaitaranga (poor spelling !) to upward dog without having to lay on the floor first , something that looks simple but does require strength. Your steady instruction, reminder to smile and breath make you a wonderful teacher to follow. Looking forward to the next full program you produce. I've recommended you and this site to everyone I know. Namaste
