Fiji, this course was wonderful. I found myself looking forward to come to my mat every day to practice with you. Every pose from beginning to end flowed perfectly. Your instruction is a balance of knowledge and wisdom; I truly appreciate your style of teaching. I will do this course over and over again. Sometimes it is difficult to find the time to get to your mat but completing 14 days in a row is not only attainable, but also very motivating. Thank you for sharing this with us!

Thanks for a great course: what course do you suggest now after I finished day 14? I get up every morning at 5:15 to do one hour of yoga and meditation. I want to keep it up!

What a journey, I have been teacher for 5 years myself. I didn't think I could become stronger or more present than I was but 14 days on I am both. This programme has made me find the time every day to bring myself to the mat, for myself only and I loved it. It will continue.
