14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Fourteen
On day fourteen, Fiji brings the challenge to a peak, taking you through a tough power yoga flow that is full of wonderfully satisfying yoga poses, like deep back bends and forward folds, arm and foot balances, shoulder openers and core work. It's the perfect way to finish 14 days straight of you with Fiji!

Do Yoga With Me has been such a blessing - to be able to participate with such dedicated, inspired and wonderful people has been an experience I give thanks for every day. The 14 day challenge with Fiji has been an additional bonus. I looked forward to every day; it brought growing strength, ability and awareness of self in poses and in relation to life. I hope this entire series of videos stays up. Since finishing the challenge, I have returned to certain days because they're so great for my practice. I love this challenge, it helped me progress so far in such a seemingly short amount of time. This challenge gave me the final push to committing to practice yoga everyday instead of just every other day, and it has been incredibly beneficial.
I'd love to do another challenge like this too.
