I really have noticed a change in my strength, balance, and focus. I found myself getting frustrated with my practice because I wasn't progressing on any poses. Doing this challenge and seeing myself improve in even simple poses has encouraged me to refocus myself and also has encouraged me to be patient with my body. Thank you!

This was the kickstart I needed to get me focused back into daily practise. Tough and challenging at times but I feel fantastic. This will be a great tool for those times if/ when I lose focus and motivation. Superb :)

Wow. What a fantastic journey this has been, Fiji! Exploring new postures, a new focus and a new way of looking at poses I've done for decades. Thanks so much for helping us start off 2016 with a stronger commitment to our yoga practice! There are so many gifts that come with dedication: the more often we get on the mat, the longer we want to stay and the more focused and happier our lives become. Little did I know when I took my first beginner class in the early 90s, how much yoga would change my life. That it would bring me such joy and such peace.
