14-Day Yoga Challenge: Day Fourteen
On day fourteen, Fiji brings the challenge to a peak, taking you through a tough power yoga flow that is full of wonderfully satisfying yoga poses, like deep back bends and forward folds, arm and foot balances, shoulder openers and core work. It's the perfect way to finish 14 days straight of you with Fiji!

Amazing challenge. I've just finished my 14 days of yoga but will start all over again in a couple of days. The benefits were incredible, I can finally do a wheel pose after months of trying and look forward to working on the many poses that still elude me. Round two will be something I will be looking forward to in the morning. HUGE THANKS FIJI for being so precise, encouraging and inspiring as a teacher!

I just finished my 14 days. I felt ready for this challenge after I did the beginners 30 day challenge in January. It was an amazing way to learn more about myself, to build up strength and courage and to see where I could get by practicing on and on. I am quite proud of myself and I am so grateful for these beautiful videos, for your gentle way of teaching and for making me smile when you bent effortlessly into a new pose that was yet out of reach for me.
