I love Fiji's classes, and have taken most of them on the site, but was surprised at just how hard I struggled to keep up during parts of this class. Loved the sequences, just had to push hard to keep up with the pace!
Really loving this series - I am hitting that sweet spot of challenging myself yet not overdoing it. I'm at a good place in my practice for this series. Not bad for a woman who just turned 57!.
