After a difficult day this was absolutely perfect and just what I needed. Accepting the 14 day challenge is teaching me so much about all the benefits yoga can bring when I commit to giving the time, regardless of the day I've had. I'm truly grateful for the time and thought in putting this together and sharing with us all. And it's only day 4! :)
