It is really hard for me to keep a routine but every day I am eager to do my practice, also this challenge takes you back to basics which is great once in a while :)
Thank you for this practice!
This is the kind of yoga I love, one that challenges me enough to feel it in the muscles slightly afterwards, while still maintaining a peaked level of relaxation. Great series so far. Thank you!
This was described as more of a deep stretching than power flow class, but I still found it very challenging, definitely upping the ante after the past three days. Having said that, this provided the perfect wake-up call for my mind and body as I felt the heat from the class.
Oh, boy, this one was hard for me. I don't know if it's actually harder than the past three or if I was just having a bad day, but I had to rest in child's pose a number of times.
