If you are experiencing sciatic pain, this class will be both tough and effective. David has personal experience with sciatica and he understands how to provide effective relief for chronic sciatic nerve pain. This class repeats the best (and most uncomfortable!) yoga poses and stretches for sciatic pain, helping you release the key muscles that are responsible for the tightness and pain in the area around the sciatic nerve.

Ah! Oh! Yes! My responses while doing your class. I've had right sciatic "talk" in the mornings for 2 months now. Luckily it goes away during the day. I believe this class will stop the chatter. Namasta and thank you.

I don't have sciatica but I often have lower back and hip pain. I like to do your Deep Release class about once a week to keep it in check and this seems a great, deeper alternative. I love to have different classes to choose from for the same purposes or body parts. Thanks for the great work.

I am so grateful for this class!! I am a full time Wellness instructor at an elementary school by day and teach adults at a studio at night--Needless to say, I'm physically active all day every day! Due to an old injury, I have constant low to mid grade sciatic pain. This class has really helped tremendously and I have added this to my daily self care practice. David, you rock!! Thank you!

I loved everything about this class. David ,I find you very encouraging and motivating to push through the aches and pains of stretching.
I do miss the ducks but will keep coming back to this class as I feel so much better.

This hit all the right spots. Thanks so much! Out of need I'm concentrating on back health classes, and this was definitely effective.
You could make a class type on the list of choices just for back health.
