Yoga for Sciatica Relief

This class repeats the best (and most uncomfortable!) yoga poses and stretches for sciatic pain, helping you release the key muscles that are responsible for the tightness and pain in the area around the sciatic nerve.

I found this great for stretching my hips and hamstrings. I enjoyed David's pace and calm voice. Since it is all lying down I sometimes found it hard to follow without getting up to look at the screen. I often mistook "slide your foot back in" for into the strap rather than on the floor which is what D. meant.
