thank you David. thank you, I got a catch in my back and then did some cupping then Ayurvedic massage for 10 days, suddenly I was someone with a problem a back pain, for me this was tough as I have worked out every day for 20years, and loved the intermediate to advanced classes on doyogawithme. I sat in silence and just knew I had to return to your site to feel like myself. I starting with your class. this one. it is humbling, as I feel the tightness and mild pain but I am very grateful for you and this class. it is so slow and kind. letting me spend time and talk to my stiffness and give it love. thank you.

Wow, I started verbalizing quite a bit on that first single-leg stretch - and a moment later you said "there's a lot of sensation in this stretch usually!" Absolutely!! Haha! Clearly I needed this, and clearly it will be something I add into my regular rotation. Thanks for the excellent class!
I have been trying to cure my sciatica for 2 years. This video really helps. I also lift weights and find my back feeling tight. Can you recommend some videos to loosen up my back? I am a beginner. Thank you so much for your help.
