Yoga for Sciatica Relief
If you are experiencing sciatic pain, this class will be both tough and effective. David has personal experience with sciatica and he understands how to provide effective relief for chronic sciatic nerve pain. This class repeats the best (and most uncomfortable!) yoga poses and stretches for sciatic pain, helping you release the key muscles that are responsible for the tightness and pain in the area around the sciatic nerve.

The first time I did this class I had relief only the day after.
After doing this class 4 times now, the sharpness of the pain is gone. Going to stick with this one.

The instructions were very clear and easy to follow with this class, and the pace was perfect for how I was feeling. I was able to keep my laptop on my desk and replicate the poses and stretches without sitting up to look at the screen even once! I don't have my own strap, so a sturdy scarf worked just fine in a pinch. I saved this video and am hoping that it will help relieve my sciatic pain--and I'm definitely going to look and see if David has other classes on this site!
I agree with other commenters that the class is wonderful: excellent, clear, detailed instruction -- and I think my symptoms have improved. I've been doing the routine daily for about a week -- the full class in the morning and just the left (painful) side in the afternoon. Wondering if that's too often and, if so whether there are other complementary classes on the site. Thank you, David!
