Yoga for Sciatica Relief
If you are experiencing sciatic pain, this class will be both tough and effective. David has personal experience with sciatica and he understands how to provide effective relief for chronic sciatic nerve pain. This class repeats the best (and most uncomfortable!) yoga poses and stretches for sciatic pain, helping you release the key muscles that are responsible for the tightness and pain in the area around the sciatic nerve.

My new years resolution..... my mind has quite often wandered into the thought of doing Yoga so now at 56 I am finally listening! I started with the 30 day challenge but seem to drift back to your classes David. I find your teachings and instructions make it so much easier. My energy levels are improving and defiantly feeling more flexible. I find my right hip gets very cranky and the stretches are more difficult that side so adjust accordingly. I have done this class twice now and just love the stretched feeling
Question please: You said you can do it daily or part thereof, if my hip is cranky is it best just to do it every second day or daily. Many many thanks :)
I have been experiencing extreme tightness/stiffness in the muscles & tendons surrounding my hips for month and doing this class really provoked a lot of sensation, it is difficult to know where the line is to stop when even the slightest amount brings on such stretching sensation. This class was so beneficial though even though it was challenging for me, I can feel a new level of openness in my hips right now that I haven't felt in a very long time. Thank you David, for another terrific class! I'll be visiting this one frequently!
It's wonderful! My legs feel so much better after I take this class. I do some of the exercises regularly, even outside this video, but love to do the whole thing sometimes too.
WARNING: You can overstretch doing these exercises. I've been doing them for about 2 months and I ended up with some intense hip pain after I pushed myself too far. The line between stretch and pain can be hard to pinpoint, but err on the side of caution. These stretches work no matter how far you can pull your leg.
Didn't realize I needed to do this class until I did it! Thanks, David :)
