That was great David. I am just about over my piriformis injury, which as you know interfers with the sciatic nerve. This class felt great with no feeling of pain. So I will incorporate these stretches. I love having the gentle music too.

This video is so helpful. I've been dealing with sciatica since becoming pregnant for the first time. It became worse with each of my 3 pregnancies. Yoga and physio have helped me get back to doing what I need to do and running without pain! Thank you so much for this video.
