Yoga for Lifelong Strength
Maintaining your strength as you age is key to lifelong health. In this beginner practice, Guy uses his slow flow style to lead you through a series of strengthening poses aimed at maintaining your overall bodily health.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

Love this class! The first time I did it, I was sore (a good sore) for several days, which rarely happens when I do yoga. I felt so strong after this class. As someone else said, this will be part of my weekly practice. It is now also my go to when I’m not sure what I want to do that day.
