Yoga for Lifelong Strength
Maintaining your strength as you age is key to lifelong health. In this beginner practice, Guy uses his slow flow style to lead you through a series of strengthening poses aimed at maintaining your overall bodily health.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

Great except for the knee raises which we’re completely beyond my ability. It would have been nice to have an alternative move there.
