Melissa begins with core activation, helping you understand and engage the pelvic floor, then teaches you how to incorporate it into a hatha yoga class. Too much explaining and way to much downtime for the 17 day of a program! Hardly got my heart rate going and just did not get a workout. Please make the flow of the class faster so we are not spending so much time listening. Much rather be doing !
