Yoga for Inner Acceptance
If you sometimes struggle with accepting your inner experience - such as who you are, how you feel, what you think about and what others think of you - then give this class a try. It's designed to gently shift your perspective, encouraging you to feel your body and experience your emotions in a nonjudgemental way and to awaken compassion. If you repeat it regularly, it will help you better understand yourself, and can teach you how to let go of feelings of anxiety, depression and emotional pain.

Hi there! I just subscribed, however all videos stall after 5 minuts playing time, and do not resume. I am streaming on WiFi. What am I doing wrong? Should I use use pc instead of iPad?
This is an amazing class, just what I needed on my journey of self-exploration and destressing. Very reassuring and empowering, yet very deeply relaxing as well. Perfect.
entered a deep state of meditation at the end of this. thank you!
David, thank you for this lovely meditation and yoga session. I suggest that you do not call this a yoga exercise but a yoga and meditation. There is only yoga up to 16 minutes, and the rest is meditation, so that´s 18 minutes straight of meditation. Call it what it is. I especially think it's inappropriate for this reason to put it in the 30-day yoga challenge. It's a yoga challenge, not a meditation challenge. In my opinion, for what it's worth.
