If you sometimes struggle with accepting your inner experience - such as who you are, how you feel, what you think about and what others think of you - then give this class a try. It's designed to gently shift your perspective, encouraging you to feel your body and experience your emotions in a nonjudgemental way and to awaken compassion. If you repeat it regularly, it will help you better understand yourself, and can teach you how to let go of feelings of anxiety, depression and emotional pain.

I have been out of yoga practice for about a month, and out of my other exercise habits (running, weightlifting) for a bit longer. I have been sinking deeper into negativity. Several times I tried to get back. This practice helped me realize that my mistakes don't have to form a pattern and be in effect today. Thank you! Namaste.

Wow this class is fantastic.. It was so calming that I had I couldn't get up and restart my normal life again. And in the end, it was a totally new thought/idea/activity that gave me the energy to stand up. I wonder where this new idea will lead me.

Thank you, David. It's so hard for me to let go and your words and gentle body flow allowed me to just be. I'm sure I will do this class again and again.
