Yoga for Inner Acceptance
If you sometimes struggle with accepting your inner experience - such as who you are, how you feel, what you think about and what others think of you - then give this class a try. It's designed to gently shift your perspective, encouraging you to feel your body and experience your emotions in a nonjudgemental way and to awaken compassion. If you repeat it regularly, it will help you better understand yourself, and can teach you how to let go of feelings of anxiety, depression and emotional pain.

Dear David, thank you for offering this class. I have been pushing against my circumstances in recent days and fear has stepped into the love in my heart. The body scan and feeling my bones was so grounding and welcoming. I feel I will be able to better be with what it, this minute, this hour, this day. Namaste.
I have done very little yoga before now. I decided to start with this video, and it's the best choice I have made in a long time. It was such a soothing, healing, heart-warming, experience. I can feel in in my body, in my mind, in my heart, and in my soul. I will definitely be watching this video again as I try to progress in yoga and in life.
