Yoga for Inner Acceptance
If you sometimes struggle with accepting your inner experience - such as who you are, how you feel, what you think about and what others think of you - then give this class a try. It's designed to gently shift your perspective, encouraging you to feel your body and experience your emotions in a nonjudgemental way and to awaken compassion. If you repeat it regularly, it will help you better understand yourself, and can teach you how to let go of feelings of anxiety, depression and emotional pain.

After a hectic week at work, this was just what I needed to start my Saturday. An opportunity to not only practice physical poses, but also more importantly some mindfulness techniques. There were so many thoughts coming in and out of mind as I processed the week, so hearing David's voice helped refocus my mind on the present. Thank you David for this class - I'll look forward to practising again.

What I like most about David's practice is that he incorporates more meditation into it. His classes really help me get out of my head with my anxiety, and that goes hands in hand with self acceptance and not judging myself so harshly. Thank you.
