It's designed to gently shift your perspective, encouraging you to feel your body and experience your emotions in a nonjudgemental way and to awaken compassion. If you repeat it regularly, it will help you better understand yourself, and can teach you how to let go of feelings of anxiety, depression and emotional pain.

Wow this class is fantastic.. It was so calming that I had I couldn't get up and restart my normal life again. And in the end, it was a totally new thought/idea/activity that gave me the energy to stand up. I wonder where this new idea will lead me.
