I haven’t been feeling my best for a while but I think this is the first step towards finding my very best self and feeling it. A practice I will revisit again soon. Thank you Fiji.
Wow! Just when I thought I had found my favorite classes with Fiji, this one comes along. I have been stressed out and overwhelmed and definitely not showing up in my life as my very best self, but this class was just perfect for filling me back up! Thank you to Fiji and DYWM for producing such outstanding content.
