Wonderful slow vinyasa class in classic "Melissa Style" (as opposed to Fiji Style). Great twists, excellent for a longer, slow class with twists.

Wonderful slow flow with Melissa’s reliably calming teaching style. The tweeting birds, the waves breaking on the pebbly shore and the Olympics peeking through the clouds in the distance make for a very zen practice.
