Each time I do this practice I appreciate it more. Perfect for someone with a stressful, demanding work and/or personal life.
One of the best practices I have done with DYWM. A shorter practice however one that invoked many emotions and made me feel wonderful upon leaving my mat at the end. One to do many times!
