If you like the longer holds, you may enjoy checking out some of the other yin classes on the site? Yin is specifically designed with longer holds so that the connective tissue (not just muscles) are addressed :)

Great yin poses for the hips. Overall a very relaxing class with a nice amount of movement. A little bit of audio distortion towards the end. Regardless bookmarking this class to do again.

A great evening practice. Felt great at the end of the day after doing a morning run and a day of computer work. I feel prepped for sleep but also less fatigued, in a good way.
