Prompted as an evening class but was also great to work out the kinks this morning after a hike yesterday. I feel limber again!
I can't stop doing this class. I love it. My hip's been jammed for months in spite of physio, massage, IMS.... This class has just the right stretches and Yin longer stretches that are helping me help myself. Thank you Rachel again for another great class.
