This is a wonderful class to undo the slept wrong, yucky commute, tense day at the office, or just stiff some days. Not too long, but very effective. I highly recommend it.

This was a great mix of yin and yang yoga! I have enjoyed many of Rachel's classes, as well as some of Sarah Jane's yinyang yoga classes. What was novel and fun here was Rachel weaving both in through the class, as opposed to just one and then the other method. I learn so much from Rachel's interpretations, for example her view on the body stretch during sun salutation B or in this video, the differences that can be made in variations from pigeon to swan poses. Thank you!
