Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I love all of Melissa's classes and was excited to see an intermediate level class by her because I am not really a beginner but enjoy her classes anyway. I thought maybe this would provide more of a challenge but it didn't. If this class is being categorized as intermediate I think her core stretch and strength class should be categorized as intermediate too because I think that is a more challenging class than this one. Whatever category they are, Melissa's classes are always fantastic but I do look forward to a more challenging class taught by Melissa. I love her style.
Great for a beginner course. I always forget how you can utilize a block in practice for the most basic kind of positions in your practice.
Definitely a good class if you are an advanced beginner and need a class that requires a tad more effort. Learned that my spine is pretty twisty, and I enjoyed twisting it.
I've never taken one of Melissa's classes. Her style is very relaxing and breath-focused. Could have used a little bit more challenge though.
