Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

I like the alternating of a repeated, familiar sequence with the twists, and nothing here is really hard. I liked it when Melissa said, "you can do a downward dog if you really want to, but I recommend child's pose", because I was feeling all motivated and energised!
I'm surprised this is intermediate.
Slow and steady class, and Melissa is a really lovely instructor - calm and clear!
Loved the gentle movements and warm flow - thanks Melissa!
