Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

A good class that helped me to engage my deep core. I had to modify a bit as the time of my breath did not match some of the class pace. I appreciate having a gentle class from time to time.
It was so nice to slow down & breathe a little longer.
Melissa classes has a nice rhythm and easy going pace. Great for before bedtime. Twists are refreshing.
