Tune Into You
In this intermediate flow, Fiji invites you to use sensation and breath to tune into the moment and into yourself. The steady pace and attention to the subtle body will allow your mind to sift through distractions and anchor your awareness in your movements and your breath.

This was an intense practice for me. Mini-infernos were burning in my hips, hip flexors, quads; my legs were shaking; my mind was telling me to quit.
But I breathed my way through it and experienced many poses which I hadn't before seen or tried. That said, I was especially grateful for savasana! :-)
Thanks for encouraging me to push myself beyond what I find comfortable.
Another wonderful, thoughtful practice. Always exactly what I need. The focus on self and recognising what 'me' is is perfect. Thank you Fiji!
