This was an intense practice for me. Mini-infernos were burning in my hips, hip flexors, quads; my legs were shaking; my mind was telling me to quit.
But I breathed my way through it and experienced many poses which I hadn't before seen or tried. That said, I was especially grateful for savasana! :-)
Thanks for encouraging me to push myself beyond what I find comfortable.

It is all about finding the edge of our comfort zone then using our breath to slowly work through the resistance over time. Some days it is physical and others it is mental!

Another wonderful, thoughtful practice. Always exactly what I need. The focus on self and recognising what 'me' is is perfect. Thank you Fiji!

On a separate note - I think there's a weird edit. The second side the twisted reverse warrior pose is in their twice?
