In this intermediate flow, Fiji invites you to use sensation and breath to tune into the moment and into yourself. The steady pace and attention to the subtle body will allow your mind to sift through distractions and anchor your awareness in your movements and your breath.

This sequence is so calming, I love the pace. Plus, the 21-day Get Strong challenge must be working for me because I can finally lift and hold myself up off the ground at the end! So proud of myself, and thank you Fiji!
The whole sequence is very meditative, slow and strengthening. The hips feel stretched and relaxed. Thank you.
I found this class very challenging and it pushed me (in a good way). I backed off some poses as I did this in the morning (I think I'll do this in early evening next time when I'm not so stiff) and my body was still waking up. Thanks Fiji for a great class!
