In this intermediate flow, Fiji invites you to use sensation and breath to tune into the moment and into yourself. The steady pace and attention to the subtle body will allow your mind to sift through distractions and anchor your awareness in your movements and your breath.

What a wonderful surprise! I generally steer class of Fiji's classes, finding them too rushed for my liking. This one was perfect for me. Perfect pace, excellent cueing. I will have to try some more of Fiji's classes - maybe I just wasn't ready before :)
Thanks Fiji for an intriguing new peak pose that will allude me for awhile I am certain. This was a fantastic hip opener for me and desperately needed after some longer, hilly runs. The sequences were structured so thoughtfully that often my body felt it's way into the next transition before you qued it. I think this speaks to how well you listened to your own body as you built this flow. Since I know you are working on your own awareness, I say congrats your focus and dedication is paying off. Delightful and challenging intermediate yoga session. LOVED IT.
