Tune Into You
In this intermediate flow, Fiji invites you to use sensation and breath to tune into the moment and into yourself. The steady pace and attention to the subtle body will allow your mind to sift through distractions and anchor your awareness in your movements and your breath.

I liked this class. It was both straightforward and a bit challenging in some of the shapes and transitions you go through. Not very much upper body work but the shoulders do get attention with movement. Lots of leg holds and openers.
I found this class very full of words. So much that I really couldn’t concentrate on the yoga. Too much of one type of posture that Fiji likes so much - bending forward over the thighs.
