A Stretch Class for Beginners I
This beginners yoga class is great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class. It moves through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body - the spine, shoulders, neck and back.

I started my new stretching routine today. Your video is perfect. I'll do it for a week and move to the second one for beginners. I did not use a wall.. just put my arm up and stretched it back. Sad how out of shape I am. Starting with your video.. that changes today. Thanks.
Thanks for the letting me know, fine people. I've added 'wall' and 'chair' to the list of equipment needed, so no one will have that issue in the future.
