I really enjoyed this easy class, which helped me stretch a lot of the places that I get very tight. The stretches are easy and you can easily change them to fit your ability. My only complaint is that I needed both a chair and access to an open wall, which I did not have ready so I had to pause and switch rooms a few times in order to do the whole video.
List wall and chair under the props section, we'd be golden. :-)

Namasté. Coming to this video as an outsider, before I registered, there was no information about what was needed. I had to stop and figure out where to do the wall stretches, the nearest wall is beyond the visual line with the screen. Had to stop and figure out what I could use as a strap for the leg and hip work. worked out my arm more than my hip while doing the strap stretches. Otherwise, I liked the video, very clearly articulated, especially about where to keep joints with respect to other joints to avoid injury. I registered on the basis of this video.

Wish I had known I needed a wall before I started, because where I was set up didn't have access to a wall.
