This was my first class on he, following the beginner program. It as the perfect start of my Sunday, now on to a nice warm shower and a relaxing day, it really sets you up for a no stress day. Simple, but effective. But most of all clear instructions. You may know some of these stretches from the gym or wherever, but to me they weren't as effective until now, because these clear spoken instructions were better than what I get from my instructors at the gym, and some of them such as the shoulder stretches I finally felt in the right place.

Great video and I will be back for more, and donate too.

One small thing, the video nicely ends with a relaxing almost meditative state lying down.. I just had no clue when the video ended and if there was still gonna be something else. Not that I minded laying on the floor a while longer, but it would be nice to hear a "Now slowly rise and enjoy the sensations as this is the end of this class" or something similar.

Thanks again.

I agree with a_muggle about the chair and wall though. I did the chair exercise standing where I could because all I had was an upholstered chair and some I could not do the movements well due to the large back and arms of the chair. But they worked well standing. I also wished it would have listed the wall, because I had to pause to figure it out too.
What I liked was the instructor moved through the paces at a great speed. I felt I got a great feel for yoga and was not bored (I was really afraid it would be too slow, boring).
All in all- wonderful first time. Thank you!!!!

I've been thinking about starting yoga for months now but didn't think I'd be able to due to $$ and I would have to travel out of town for an actual class. This was my first attempt and I've gotta say, I think I may have actually found a type of exercise that I could come to love. This is the first time in three years that I have felt relaxed and my muscles are loose! Believe me, with two kids under 3 years old, I never thought I'd feel anything but tension and stress for years to come. Thanks for offering these great videos and I can't wait to get farther into the beginners program!
