A Stretch Class for Beginners I
This beginners yoga class is great for people who are just starting out with yoga, seniors, or anyone who is looking for a gentle stretch class. It moves through a series of poses that stretch mainly the upper body - the spine, shoulders, neck and back.

This class is particular was a great start to my journey to learn more about yoga. I have taken a class here and there over the years, but I want to integrate yoga into my life and I believe the DYWM website and programs will be the key for me.
I like to think I'm in some sort of shape, but I am pretty sure this video just kicked my butt. Loved it - and I'm glad I decided to start at the very beginning!
