When I went to try this a couple years ago I was disheartened because I had a strap but I did not have a regular chair! I finally got a chair and did this for the first time today. I loved it, though I have terrible grip and upper body strength. If I did not have a strap that had the ability to belt I would not have pulled enough to get the stretch I needed. It really shows how everyone is in their own unique place and journey though.

I've been a beginner at yoga for many years, always coming back to it when life gets rough. This time I hope to establish a regular practice and perhaps progress out of the beginner state.
