I often discourage myself from doing Fiji's classes due to their general high intensity and overall complexity, I've learnt to go at my own pace and am really enjoying getting back into doing Fiji's classes this week. Yoga for Runners, Inspire the Fire and now this class have made me realise once again what an amazing teacher Fiji is. As the name implies, it's a slow burner that sure packs a punch with some challenging poses that have created so much space in parts of the body that are often tight, tense and in need of greater flexibility.
