Loved this- perfect to fit in during the day!
The combination of poses are perfect for developing arm strength, opening up the hips and a bit of abdominal work. And the length of time is perfect to fit in to a busy schedule!

Brilliant time saver, for when you have little during your day. Once again, Fiji is an excellent teacher, a clear communicator in both the physical, and emotional aspects of the practice.
